The AI assistant is informational and can make mistakes. Its answers are based on approved public Brannon Services information, but they are not a quote, contract, scheduling confirmation, professional advice, or a substitute for direct confirmation from Brannon.

Final service scope, pricing, property coverage, scheduling, and availability must be confirmed directly by Brannon Services. Do not rely on an assistant response as final approval to begin work, incur costs, or make property-access arrangements.

Estimates and Callback Requests

All estimates are free. No-obligation terms are not confirmed. An estimate or callback request does not guarantee a price, service availability, response time, schedule, or final scope, and it does not create a service agreement.

Brannon Services confirms estimate details after reviewing the requested work, property needs, location, access, condition, timing, and any follow-up information needed.

Scheduling and Services

Service availability depends on the property, location, weather, access, requested work, and scheduling. Brannon Services may discuss one-time work, recurring maintenance, or seasonal service when those options fit the request. Only Brannon can confirm the final arrangement.

Payments and Private Information

Payment terms are confirmed as part of an estimate or service agreement. Do not use this website or the AI assistant to send payment details, gate codes, identity documents, or other sensitive access information.
